Applications of BBa_K1391025
This high sensor can be used to detect when levels of a particular miRNA are high. Useful for diverse sensing purposes. This particular plasmid is intended to express L7Ae in low amounts of miR-125b, repress L7Ae in presence of significant miR-125b.
Intended to be coupled with an expression gene for fluorescent protein with k-turn target site attached, expressing fluorescence in high amounts of miR-125b, repress fluorescence in low concentrations of miR-125b.
